feat(gui): screen-real-estate layer - fluid columns, drag-resize handles, sessions collapse, thin status, calm buttons, centered thread

Re-vendors anentrypoint-design 97dc646: fluid shell-column clamps, keyboard+
pointer .ws-resizer handles (persisted), desktop sessions-collapse toggle,
26px status strip, rounded buttons, centered chat thread + density-scaled
spacing, denser dashboard. Additive on top of the concurrent 11th/12th-run
multi-select/density/move work (adopted as-is; this run's parallel /api/move-
confined was redundant with their /api/move and dropped). New workflow
.claude/workflows/gui-screen-realestate.js (6 density lenses -> 50 agents ->
17 gaps, PUNCHLIST-DENSITY.md).
