Added the Catalog Key to the label shown in the listForFormBuilder.

Example, for PaymentType::listForFormBuilder():

Before:
– Pago en una sola exhibición
– Pago en parcialidades o diferido

After:
– PUE - Pago en una sola exhibición
– PPD - Pago en parcialidades o diferido
