trouble running project with fresh install

I have installed a fresh project with no errors.

When I run grunt serve

When i run grunt serve:dist or grunt build

try updating to 3.0.0-rc7-patch.0

I ran sudo npm install -g generator-angular-fullstack@3.0.0-rc7-patch.0

and then yo angular-fullstack overwriting any changes.

npm and bower install had no errors.

running grunt serve now works, but running grunt serve:dist or grunt build have the same results as my previous comment.

I just tested grunt serve:dist on the latest release, and it works fine for me.

Are you sure everything was overwritten by the updated generator? Try again in a different directory.

I deleted the directory.

Downloaded the latest generator:

Ran yo angular-fullstack with no errors.

Running grunt serve:dist still fails with warnings involving the task babel:server

I'm still having this issue despite running the commands mentioned above. None of the normal grunt tasks are working for me (default, build, test, etc.) I continue to get error messages like: "jit-grunt: Plugin for the "build" task not found."

Any ideas?

@paulwithap, when @Awk34 wrote it was version 5.0.0, but now is 6.0.0, perhaps you install this version. so you need to install v5.0.0
npm install grunt-babel@v5.0.0 --save-dev
it works for me well

I had a similar error with babel to run the application and solve .babelrc creating the file I saw that I needed.
