gulp injector:css not working in 3.7.6

On Gulp serve injector:css does not inject the css in index.html.

injector:js works fine.

I'm having same issue.

when I exectue gulp inject:css independently it works. When I remove inject:js form the inject sequence it works fine.

Here is a workaround. Simply split the inject task:
