enableRowReordering config broken

I enabled rowReordering config, and drag and drop a row, it not reacte until i click another row

Are you sure? Firefox 19 and Chrome 24 and it works in the github page. At least there is a definite visual difference between the normal dragging and the dragging specifically with jquery

I'm sure...It not work in chromium 24 and firefox 17 (i forgot update it...).

I remember it enabled default in ng-grid 1.8, but it not work with all demo of http://angular-ui.github.com/ng-grid/ .

I find it was disabled defabult in version 1.9, and i realize that was not html5 draggable broken, but enableRowReordering config broken...
