Move columns not working well on touch devices

In grids with huge horizontal scroll the moved columns ar e not getting repositioned correctly. I am working on this issue.

Things look good on my mac machine but still strange but re-positioning is not very accurate on windows box, I will check that.

In addition needs to be verified on touch devices. Hi @PaulL1 , I would need some help in testing move column features on touch devices. Do you have idea of someone who can do it for me.

I can do it - I have an iPad and an iPhone. How exactly do we do move on a touch device - how do you drag? @KiwiNiksta might be prepared to help. :-)
