Move-Column feature is not working

Hi,
In the demo application I am not able to move columns from one position to other. I am trying this from the this url from ui-grid website.

@jpuri: looks like move isn't working - or at least it isn't for me on OSX / Chrome. I'm pretty sure it was working before, has one of the recent commits broken it?

Yes, me too tried with Chrome & Firefox.  In the previous version it worked.

Hey @PaulL1 ,

I know that, one of the recent changes in cell header event handling done in grid core has broken it. My PR #2351 already has fix for this.
In addition the PR also has some other changes and move column should be much smoother and accurate after its merged.

I think it's the angular 1.3 changes. @swalters had a comment about it on gitter.

I am still having issues with being able to move columns in the Chrome browser even after your update. Firefox appears to be working fine as well as IE. I am simply testing with the following plnkr demo: http://plnkr.co/edit/GRDSonyeetWsTkpC76xn?p=preview

@jpuri Thanks for your response. I was also having a similar issue with column re-sizing re: #2550 . It appears for some reason that it is my computer or dev environment that is having an issue with both movableColumns and columnResizing features. From other's feedback it appears that movable columns is working.

ok...what issue are you getting ? Are column moving/ resizing not happening or happening incorrectly. If you can explain, might be I can help.
