Support PathLocationStrategy out of the box

 [`PathLocationStrategy`](https://angular.io/docs/js/latest/api/router/PathLocationStrategy-class.html) requires server rewrites to be setup. We should do this OOB since we want to promote the use of this strategy over hash location strategy.
