We need opers for #angularjs channel at freenode

First, I am sorry to open an issue in this repo, but is the closest I found.

I want to ask to Mr. @IgorMinar if he could spare some @ in the IRC channel.

I understand that the core team have no time to be on the IRC so maybe the community can take the control of the channel.

I offer myself to do that (with help of course). I spend like 14 hours/day in the channel helping everyone that comes with questions and I know others who does the same.

The channel is growing really fast (we were like 400 some months ago and we are not 600+) and sometimes we get random guys doing some spamming, random messages and other kinds of flood. Freenode opers seems to do nothing to change it.

I'm always in the channel (as shepheb), but not always actively watching. I
can at least be on-call (I'll notice a highlight within minutes during the
day) for problems.

I also volunteer myself if need be, I often passively watch the channel & am also helping users.

I'm not opposed to sharing ops with the others as long as we pick the right people for the job.

@IgorMinar I understand. I spend all the day here and I know who have the best manners, knowledge and willing to help.

Since you don't actually know (I guess) someone active in the channel to ask or give op, you could trust me or I can send months of logs to make you decide.

I am not saying that you should trust me and give me op, there are other people like @wesleycho or Ms @caitp that also does an amazing job everyday in the channel.

The problem as I said when I opened this issue is that channel is growing really fast (that is lovely) and we can't prevent those trolls, but I need to say that that doesn't happen often 👍

@IgorMinar Any updates? I see the milestone but we really need it. We have a guy today with connection problems (and he is also AFK). He is joining the channel, and left it with connection problems, that is two/three messages every 45-50 seconds. Because of that we can't barely talk, between message and message there is 10-20 lines of flooding messages. I am tired of talking with freenode opers, because they don't do a shit, they just say me that I need to talk to a channel oper and you are the only one and you are busy enough to not be in the channel all the time (thing we understand completely).

done, based on IRC activity I shared ops with @wesleycho, @Foxandxss, @shepheb and @caitp
