Service routes broken in IE8.

The basic example of service routes does not appear to work in IE8. Undefined/unknown controller errors occur, and choosing different routes does not appear to bring the user to a different view. Similar errors occur in my own site when I try to use routes.

it's just an issue with the example. $route works fine in IE8.

we have a fix for the issue in the master branch already. thanks for the report though
