Error from chokidar while running ng serve

We recently upgraded from Angular8.2 to Angular 10 and when am run, ng serve , the app is running fine without any errors.
But there are these 2 below error coming from chokidar and i didnt that chokidar as any dependency on my app.
is this related to latest angular upgrade issue?
