[Mat-drawer]: iframe overlaps drawer content

What is the expected behavior?

Mat drawer should be overlap the iframe content.

What is the current behavior?

The options of a pdf iframe can be clicked through the drawer and the drawer doesn't close when clicking on the backdrop.

On firefox its works correctly.

As of 7.1.0 this is working correctly, the PDF is not accessed behind the sidenav overlay.
