Stepper: next button label includes header text

Reproduction

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add new header with any heading tag inside the stepper step.
2. Then run the jaws and if we check by using insert + F3 and then button list. All the buttons in the page are appending with the header.

Expected Behavior

What behavior were you expecting to see?

Button with its own name

Can you share a reproduction of what you're seeing? The linked stackblitz does not have any headers.
