Virtual scroll is broken inside ng zorro tabs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Scroll list on tab1
2. Switch to another tab
3. Switch back to tab1

Expected Behavior

The list is displayed correctly

Actual Behavior

Instead of the list is just white area

Environment

• Angular: 8.2.14
• CDK/Material: 8.2.3
• Browser(s): Google Chrome 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)
