Description

Since v15, the mat-dialog-actions padding seems off.
Here are two screenshots, the first one from the v14 example page, the second one from the v15 example page:

This does not seem like a new Material Components v3 padding style, so seems like a regression:

the same padding style in v14 / v15 / v16

Actual Behavior

different padding style starting from v15

The MDC-based components use Material Design version M2. The behavior you are seeing seems to apply to the M2 dialog specifications:
