I can't find the overrides for the mat-option in a mat-select

I've searched these components Select, Autocomplete & FormField

I did found some option overrides in the core, but mat.option-overrides() also exists and does what i want, but it is undocumented

I would think the select component styling is the right spot to include the overrides to

The mat.option-overrides from core are the correct ones. The option lives in core, because it's shared between select, autocomplete and timepicker.
