Cdk virtual (18.0.1) is not working properly in some case with angular 18.2.12

Description

I am facing issue in some cases that angular cdk virtual scrolling is not working properly , It takes height and show only first 3 items and then all white spaces showing with scroll, Items are not loading on scroll.
case 1: when the application is in idol state for a while its not working properly.
case 2: when page hard reload some times its not working.

Please guide

Its not loading the data on scroll in some case, only showing white space on scroll
