angular-material.css does not load when using SystemJS for v1.0.0-rc7 onwards [CRITICAL]

Like the title says, when I upgraded to 1.0.0-rc7 and 1.0.0 with JSPM, angular-material.css is not loading and everything is broken! Works fine 1.0.0-rc6.

It looks like angular-material.css has been removed from the dependencies "shim" block for angular-material in the bower-material repo (where the package is pulled from for npm, jspm, and bower).

Work around is to include the css file in your project as you would other css file.

In my project it is located at:
jspm_packages/github/angular/bower-material@1.0.0-rc7/angular-material.min.css

Note: This the path above indicates it is in the jspm_packages/github/... folder because I installed a very specific version from github - based on github tags (updated to show your version here). If you installed via just jspm, jspm npm, or jspm bower, then the file will be found in a slightly different path under the jspm_packages/.... Take a look at what it says in your jspm config file to find the actual path.

Alternately, you could fork the bower-material branch and update the project.json file to fix this...and just install using your customized fork repo.

@photusenigma Thanks for pointing that out - at least I can carry on with my work for now.

I believe Angular Material team ought to fix this regression themselves because it seems a bit stupid to include angular-material.css every time I include the angular-material and I cannot be bothered to keep rebasing every time a new version is released.
