enhancement(ng2 setInterval): Better error messages for using setInterval inside NgZone

If someone uses setInterval inside NgZone, it will probably cause their test to timeout (see the comments in #3121). Users should be informed that this is why their test is timing out, and instructed to run the interval outside of NgZone.
