Conversion from m3/kg to mm3/kg is wrong

To Reproduce

using UnitsNet;

Console.WriteLine("Hello, World!");

UnitConverter.TryConvertByAbbreviation(1000, "SpecificVolume", "m³/kg", "mm³/kg", out double result);
Console.WriteLine($"1000 m³/kg is {result} mm³/kg");

Expected behavior
1000 m³/kg -----> 1000000000000 mm³/kg

Yes, this looks legit.. The PrefixBuilder has no idea about the dimension(s) that are being targeted, so I don't see how we could prevent these cases, other than manually making sure that it makes sense.

That being said, I did a quick check on the prefixes used with other quantities having some of their dimensions > 1 and here are the other examples that I could find:

Volume: CubicMeter (Hecto, Kilo)
Volume: CubicFoot (Hecto, Kilo, Mega)

I was going to focus on the Kilo prefix for my test case - when I saw what prefix this produces: "km³" (same as CubicKillometer). I think that's reason enough to remove it. 😄
