What's inside

• Accounts, cash flow, spending and net worth with a Sankey view, category and merchant breakdowns, and a per-person split.
• Households: everyone's accounts roll up into one net worth, each person keeps their own.
• Statement import from PDF, CSV or image (on-device OCR) and from email (CRED style), including password-protected PDFs, with always-on fuzzy de-duplication.
• Investing: a mutual-fund explorer and overlap checker, plus 85 account and vehicle types across the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore and India (401k/IRA, ISA/SIPP, RRSP/TFSA, Super, NISA, CPF, ETFs, REITs, bonds, insurance-linked plans, and more).
• Goal planning funded by any mix of accounts and funds, inflation-aware, plus a FIRE projection and live macro context.
• Property valuation and performance (appreciation, CAGR, yield, equity).
• Multi-currency with live rates and a "show everything in one currency" mode.
• Optional AI assistant and statement categorization using an API key you bring and store locally. Fully usable offline.

Privacy

Data is stored on-device; secrets are encrypted at rest on desktop. OCR runs locally. The only network calls are to services you choose (market/FX/macro data, this update check, and your own AI provider).

Upgrading later

Your data lives in your user profile, not inside the app, so future versions install over this one and keep everything. Settings, Updates points at this repository. To move machines, use Settings, Your data, Download all my data.
