Copy to clipboard in "{{provider}}/{{model}}" format

When I am setting up a model ID in the opencode.json file, or set up a opencode run --model "..." command, I need the full model ID including the provider.

I wish the web UI had a button to copy it in this format, it would save a lot of time.
