Steps to reproduce
Launch OpenCode on Windows.
Use the app normally for a short while.
OpenCode crashes; the terminal output becomes garbled/illegible (random characters).

I have this quite regularly too. It usually happens when I select and copy text from opencode while it's in the middle of working.

And it's not just in the newer releases. I don't recall since when but this issue has been there what feels like right from the start.
