Textarea flickering when pasting long text in question

Description

When pasting long text into the "Type your own answer" textarea in the question tool UI, the text continuously flickers between showing the start of the text and the end of the text. The flickering persists until the user clicks in the textarea, which temporarily stops it.

Tested on latest (using bun dev) & v1.1.30

Steps to reproduce

1. Trigger a question with custom answer option (e.g., ask the AI to use the question tool)
2. Select "Type your own answer"
3. Paste a long sentence (100+ characters that wraps to multiple lines)
4. Observe the text flickering between start and end positions

Hmm, they seem extremely similar, although my bug seems ever so slightly different as it seems to flicker with different contents. Also my report is slightly more generic (pasting instead of being app specific) which isn't the case with the original report, not sure if I should close this and just refer to the other one.
