Clear context Opencode Desktop

I have a problem with Opencode Desktop on Windows. I can’t find a way to clear the context in my project. I was testing different models and configurations, and in previous sessions, after lowering the context, it did adjust correctly. However, no matter how many times I start a new session, I can’t clear the context to use a model with a smaller context window, and it returns the following error:

"Cannot truncate prompt with n_keep (10881) >= n_ctx (8192)"

I am using the qwen3-coder-30b model with LM Studio, and I can’t continue because of that error. I run /compact, but it doesn’t work either—the issue persists.

Both issues describe the same error when using local models with LM Studio and appear to be related to context window configuration. Feel free to ignore if your specific case differs.

I found the solution by disabling all the tools.

Add the following configuration to your opencode.json:
