Message action then cursor moving

Description

When opening opencode in the vscode terminal, detaching it into a separate window, and switching to full screen mode, an infinite number of message action windows pop up when entering prompts and moving the cursor inside the window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open opencode in the terminal in the vscode
2. Unpin the window and expand it to full screen
3. Start to write prompts, and after pressing enter, start moving the mouse around the center of the window
