[FEATURE]: Add Provider Type in custom provider

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Now only Add an OpenAI-compatible provider by base URL
I wish that it can add Provider Type in custom provider, as
Provider Type can select (OpenAI-compatible, Anthropic-compatible, Ollama-compatible ) options
