Sessions state in the desktop app doesn't seem to list the actual sessions from the currently selected project/folder WHEN the toggle sidebar is on.

Description

When the sidebar toggle is on, the sessions listed on the side doesn’t seem to update in realtime to the currently selected project/folder. BUT when I do toggle off the show sidebar button, the sessions listed IN THE HOVER STATE seems to be accurate and it updates realtime.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add more than 1 projects or folders to the sidebar in the opencode desktop app
2. Create different sessions in each project
3. Toggle the sidebar to always show
4. Select different projects and you'll see that the sessions listed doesn't update with the currently selected project
