Application is managing ~/.opencode.json while documentation specifies different location in ~/.config

Creating and editing ~/.config/opencode/opencode.json does nothing as the file actually being created and read by the application is ~/.opencode.json

I cant find my opencode.json anywhere, not in~/.opencode.json, not in ~/.config/opencode/opencode.json, not in my project directory
