How to introduce external documents to models?

Hey all, new to open code here, went through the docs but didn't quite understand how can I tell models to "scrape/read" external website ( docs ) for better using a lib/framework ? something that is achievable via +docs in cursor

you can archive it using MCP servers, like fetch https://www.claudemcp.com/servers/fetch

i usually just tell it about where the docs are or put it in AGENTS.md
