Both of the failed calls have issues contacting the opencode server, but the tui is missing some error handling for non-200 responses in a couple of places. #137 aims to improve the error messages a bit, but I'm not sure what could cause the server to respond with a non-200. I can't replicate neither of the issues on my mac.

i've made improvements to make the tui more defensive, but dax is going to fix the underlying issue of launching the TUI without a provider configured
