bug: open web open project dialog cant navigate using picker to subfolder on mobile

Description

You want to open a project and navigate to subfolder but you cant because you can only select the folder which then becomes the project root. you cant browse to subfolder.

Add chevron that allows for mobile users to press and for desktop users to click.

1. open code web
2. on access using mobile.
3. click + to open new project
4. you cant browse to subfolder.
