Auto Tool Failure Retry (new feature)

A lot of models, even super good ones, fail on tool calls 5-10% of the time, and right now the whole agentic process just stops when that happens. If you just tell the models:

"Please pay attention to developer instructions when formulating tool calls, rethink, and make sure you are formulating correctly."

It resumes the task fine. There should be some sort of automatic tool call failure handling.

I'd like this issue reopened. I'm running into this pretty hard with OSS-120b. Codes very fast, but keeps formatting tool calls wong. It could fix this easily but the process just stops instead and the LLM doesn't seem to see past errors in the tool calls either so it doesn't know how to fix it. I have to manually prompt and even then sometimes it still has issues.
