Opencode hides filenames the AI modifies in web UI

Description

Just as Claude Code regrettably stated doing, OpenCode now hides filenames the AI edits. See screenshot. Instead of filenames you get "Modified 1 file".

This was one of the the reasons I stopped using Claude Code in favor of OpenCode, how do I revert this feature?

Also I didn't update OpenCode and somehow it started hiding the filenames on my local install.

If your issue is specifically about filenames being hidden in the new UI (showing 'Modified 1 file' instead of actual names), #14013, #12833, and #13981 may be most relevant to your concern.
