Web UI stopped showing the time taken to answer

Description

Previously the total time was displayed, showing how many minutes and seconds total the AI was thinking, running tools, etc. Now it's no longer displayed.

It's only shown for the final stretch, not summarized for the entire talking+thinking+tool calls block counted from the last user message.

Steps to reproduce

Run any action that causes the AI to peform multiple tool calls, thiking, and talking.

It does get displayed but it's on top of the answer

I don't see it. Here's the top of the answer (just below my message):

There's a timestamp, but no total running time.

And here's the bottom:

There's a "7s" but it's not the total running time, I think it's just the last step.

this actually took 10 mins.

Best of luck with your project but this isn't the place to advertise it, and looking at the code quality, you have a long way to go
