Updating to 1.2.x hangs on sql migration

Description

When migrating to 1.2.x it hangs forever in just a moment....

Checking the db files, there are created and stuck immediately with this values

Steps to reproduce

1. Start with version 1.1.65
2. Update to latest 1.2.x via OpenCode Desktop upgrade popup
3. Hangs forever in loading screen

I downloaded a new Mac binary and encountered this as my first experience with Opencode. I'm not sure the "Start with version 1.1.65" first step is necessary.

restart opencode desktop app after npm install -g opencode-ai works for me

Seems to be solved with v1.2.15. At least for me. Updating to it now properly does the migration and finishes the loading screen, I will close the ticket
