[FEATURE]: Multi-Server View in Desktop App

• I have searched the existing issues and this is not a duplicate

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Server switcher is very slow for multiple servers—switching reloads complete ui, no multiple instances / windows allowed.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Tabs for multiple servers in one desktop window and/or
• multiple windows for each server and/or
• projects sidebar has option to select server

Environment

• OS: macOS 26.2
• OpenCode version: [1.2.10]
