Windows Desktop OpenCode doesn't respect system proxy settings

Description

I use Throne vless proxy which automatically sets the Windows settings to use its proxy:

The request is made from Russia so OpenAI immidiatly rejects:

Steps to reproduce

1. use Windows OpenCode Desktop v1.2.10 any windows version
2. try adding a system proxy in windows settings
3. opencode requests are not routed through it
