Cannot Start 2 or more Terminal Sessions on macOs

Description

Starting a second opencode CLI will fail. This seems to be a regression, as it has reportedly been solved for (see #13053), but happens again in 1.2.15

Steps to reproduce

1. start a terminal session
2. start a opencode cli at that session
3. start another terminal session
4. start another opencode cli at that session

I have the same issue on my mac and my ubuntu machine. ubuntu running 1.4.2 and mac running 1.3.13. I am also running ghostty but i tried in another terminal just to be sure and same issue.

after more digging it looks to be because i have this block defined in my ~/.config/opencode/opencode.json

  },

once i removed that i could start multiple sessions.
