Requesty provider does not load approved models

Description

When I use the Requesty provider in OpenCode, the models that appear in the Model selection dialog are not the models that are actually available and approved on my Requesty account:

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure Requesty as a provider in OpenCode
2. Start OpenCode
3. Open the model selector
4. Verify if models approved in your Requesty account are available and no other models are visible
