Updating Open Code always installs the new version into APPDATA instead of the actual installation location

Description

OpenCode always installs itself, when updating, into APPDATA Locals folder, regardless of where the actual Installation location is

Proposed solutions

1. allow to modify update location during update process
2. or simply check where Open Code is currently being run from (current Installation folder) and install it there.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install OpenCode
2. During Installation, select Programs folder in C:\ Programs
3. Install
4. Update Open Code by clicking on the Update notification
5. Open Code gets installed in the APPDATA folder despite different installation location

@Hona Any update on this issue? There are now several independent reports in addition to the one above:

#27026, #26818, #26681

It's worth mentioning that it's not only updating but even fresh installs that are done in the default, uncustomizable path.

This may also affect other platforms.
