[FEATURE]: Support file mentiones with @ immediately after a parenthesis #17129

Feature hasn't been suggested before.

Tried my best to search for pre-existing issues, but github search doesn't seem to support @.
I often want to @-mention files surrounded by ( and ) but there are two problems:
- Prefix support for ( needs to be added as now
@only triggers the popup menu when its alone - The trailing space after the
)makes it hard to close the(@mention)
