Sessions in worktree missing

Description

I was working on a feature in git worktree. I had 2 or 3 session for this worktree. When I restarted VS Code, opened the worktree and the opencode sessions are gone. The /session commands only shows an empty list.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a worktree for any git repo
2. Start Opencode, do something with it, rename the session for reference. -- I rename my sessions
3. Close Opencode, close the environment you are using - VS Code in my case
4. Reopen the environment, start opencode, use /sessions command

• Worktrees resolve to different project IDs due to per-worktree cache lookup #16995: Worktrees resolve to different project IDs due to per-worktree cache lookup — same root area (sessions scoped to wrong project in worktrees)
• Web: Sidebar session list hides worktree/sandbox sessions after 1.2.6 upgrade (filters to current directory only) #14082: Web sidebar hides worktree/sandbox sessions after 1.2.6 upgrade — similar symptom of sessions not appearing for a worktree
• Worktrees doesn't work well on web #10468: Worktrees doesn't work well on web — general worktree session issues
