Mouse wheel scrolling not working in Visual Studio integrated terminal

Description

Environment:
- Windows 10/11
- Visual Studio (latest version)
- OpenCode (latest version)

 Steps to reproduce:                                                                                 
 1. Open opencode in Visual Studio's integrated terminal                                             
 2. Try to scroll up/down with mouse wheel                                                           
 3. The wheel scrolling does not work                                                                
                                                                                                     
 Expected behavior:                                                                                  
 - Mouse wheel should scroll through command history or output                                       
                                                                                                     
 Other terminals (PowerShell, CMD, etc.) work fine with mouse wheel, only opencode interface is      
 affected.
