Problem:
A previously removed provider "Model Studio Coding Plan" keeps reappearing in new sessions.
Behavior:
- Not present at startup, appears after a short delay
- Only shows in some sessions (especially new ones)
- Cannot be removed via UI (Disconnect does nothing)
- Not present in config files or auth.json
- Plugin (oh-my-opencode) disabled, issue persists
- Provider is unusable (invalid token error)
What has been ruled out:
- Config files (opencode.json / oh-my-opencode.json)
- auth.json (only contains openai and alibaba)
- Desktop cache (global.dat does not contain provider info)
- Plugin interference
Hypothesis:
Provider is being dynamically injected at runtime,
possibly by:
- Alibaba provider compatibility layer
- Internal provider registry
- Workspace-triggered provider initialization

Steps to reproduce
I'm not sure, but it was probably caused by a conflict when I manually added Ali's coding plan and the original model earlier.
