Description

After opening the application using OpenCode Web, clicking on previous conversations initially failed to display those conversations, and clicking on a conversation history resulted in a crash. This issue with OpenCode Web has existed since version 1.2.20.

Steps to reproduce

1. opencode web
2. After loading the historical project list, clicking on a project avatar will randomly display a crash message.
3. Clicking on the project will cause the system to crash when accessing past conversations.
