opencode is double spending or half reporting openrouter credit spent

Description

I'm new to opencode, but for 2nd time when I use it and spending few dollars on a single session using openrouter, I found the credit spent was ~double the amount reported by opencode.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add openrouter
2. use any cheap model to test
3. spend like $2
4. check balance/activity in openrouter account.. You'll find it like $4 spent!

Nothing else is using openrouter at the same time.
I confirmed by choosing unique model and unique api key
