web: cannot paste screenshots/images into prompt input on mobile browsers

Description

When I copy a screenshot to clipboard on my phone and try to paste it into the prompt input on the web UI, nothing happens. The image doesn't get attached. On desktop browsers, image paste works fine through the attach button, but mobile paste from clipboard is broken.

I'd expect to be able to long-press the input → Paste and have the screenshot appear as an image attachment, similar to how other chat UIs handle it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Take a screenshot on a mobile device (Android or iOS)
2. Open OpenCode web UI in mobile browser (Chrome/Safari)
3. Tap and hold the prompt input area
4. Select "Paste" from the context menu
5. Nothing happens — image is not attached
