Describe the enhancement you want to request

MiniMax platform has renamed "coding-plan" to "token-plan". This PR updates all references accordingly.

Changes required:

• Rename minimax-coding-plan to minimax-token-plan
• Rename minimax-cn-coding-plan to minimax-cn-token-plan
• Update documentation URLs from coding-plan to token-plan

Files to modify:

• packages/opencode/test/tool/fixtures/models-api.json
• packages/ui/src/components/provider-icons/types.ts

This is a simple renaming task to align with MiniMax's official naming convention change.
