opencode web and desktop issue

Description

after added a new project, the project icon has a red dot, and my opencode desktop is not responding after added the new project. i am not sure what happened

Steps to reproduce

my opencode is 1.3.17 mac, when i opened the opencode, it will automatically loaded the last project, and the project icon has a red dot, and the opencode desktop version is not responding at all, not sure if it's my opencode.json issue or the app issue or something else
